“ A perfect breakfast between professionalism and kindness I went to this bar for a simple coffee, but I had an experience that really deserves to be told. Even though it was a very crowded moment, the staff welcomed me with sincere smiles and a helpfulness that is rarely seen. After ordering a coffee and a sweet mignon, I was served quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, clumsily, I spilled the coffee on the counter, creating a noticeable mess, just as the place was full. I was visibly embarrassed, but the staff proved to be extraordinary with a disarming kindness, they reassured me that it was not a problem, cleaning up everything in an instant and with a smile. Not only did they ignore the incident, but the barista even offered me a new coffee without making me pay, even though I insisted on paying the amount due. A gesture that speaks of true professionalism and attention to the customer. The coffee was excellent, as was the dessert. I left the bar with a smile and the feeling of having started the day in the best way. I can only recommend this place for the quality of the service, the quality of the products and, above all, the extraordinary kindness of the staff. A well deserved 10/10! ”
